Berried Post

'Berried' is defined as having or bearing berries. Yet when 'buried' and 'berried' have identical phonetical pronunciations, one can see easily an origin of confusion.
Alright only has one "l".
'Computer' emphasises the "you" syllable, not the "com".
'Yoghurt' emphasises the "yo".
'Comparable' is pronounced like comprable.
'Pronunciation' is pronounced how it is spelt; NOT how you think it is spelt.
'Maybe' is often meant to be two words. It may be correct.
Both 'spelt' and 'spelled' are correct.
Both 'orientated' and 'oriented' are correct.
'A lot' is always two words (unless you are distributing something [in which case it is 'allot']).
Says is pronounced sez.
Come has a past tense: 'came'.
What is the past tense of 'forego'?
How do you pronounce 'crayon' and 'crown'?

Enought anality. Publish post.

As per usual. Other people have similar interests.

Very clever. I would think of something witty to say, but I'm out of ideas.

So you're interested in the study of etymology I take it?
